1. IMAP Folder size Limit - Not all messages are extracted

In Gmail you can limit the number of messages that can be stored your IMAP folders. If this option is set then extraction will only happen on the limited number of email messages. Increase the folder size limit or set it to the default option - "Do not limit the number of messages in an IMAP folder (default)"

To access this setting follow the steps below:
Log-in to your Gmail account.
Click on "Settings".
Go to "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" and scroll to "Folder Size Limits".
Select "Limit IMAP folders to contain no more than this many messages" and use the drop menu to choose the number of messages.
Click on "Save Changes".

2. Lesser number of email addresses are extracted

Extractor will always extract from all email messages in the selected folder and will not skip any messages. But will remove duplicates and what you get are unique email addresses.
When you use extract from body, then messages with attachments will be skipped and you will see the number of such skipped mesages at the end.

3. How to use Message Range Extraction

You can extract in batches by entering the message numbers in the From/To boxes. For example: to extract from the first/oldest 1000 messages, enter 1 in From box and 1000 in To box and click Extract button next to it. Message #1 will be the oldest email in your mailbox.
